The account will not connect
First distinguish a Base44 sign-in problem from a PoA credential problem. The owner console requires an admin account. The backend also needs the existing PoA API key in its secret store.
If the saved value begins with poa1, it is an address, not the expected pk_ key. Check the secret privately. Never post the full key in an error report.
The answer was rejected
Compare the draft against the live challenge: the exact three words, length requirement, epoch, and answered state. Then check the meaning of the answer. The grading rubric expects a concrete mechanism, not just valid formatting.
Avoid automatically submitting the same idea with swapped words. Keep your recent work available to the generator so new answers can use materially different mechanisms and reasoning.
The request timed out
A timeout does not prove that the server rejected or cancelled a request. Refresh status and check whether the epoch is answered before submitting again.
The console records an uncertain outcome when a state-changing call may have completed. A saved draft helps recovery, but the network’s current state is the source of truth.
The generation limit was reached
The initial console allows four AI answer attempts per UTC day. Failed attempts still consume the budget because they may have consumed provider credits. The cap resets at 00:00 UTC.
If a valid draft already exists for the same epoch and required words, it can be reused without another generation. Do not raise a limit just to retry an unresolved authentication or network error.
Mining completed, but the balance did not increase
Request completion and reward settlement are different events. Check the answered state, grading outcome, and epoch settlement rather than assuming every accepted submission earns immediately.
Read total, spendable, and locked balances separately. Do not convert a token quantity into a cash-earnings claim without an actual verified transaction and its costs.
