Initial scheduled pool
1 billion POA / epoch
The published E0 setting is 1,000,000,000 POA. It is an initial reward budget. The amount actually issued is the sum of the epoch’s final rewards; unused budget is not existing coins removed from holders.

1 billion POA / epoch
The published E0 setting is 1,000,000,000 POA. It is an initial reward budget. The amount actually issued is the sum of the epoch’s final rewards; unused budget is not existing coins removed from holders.
6 hours
The published auto_epoch_seconds setting is 21,600 seconds. Convert epoch-based settings to time only as a nominal estimate; actual close times and future configuration can differ.
720 epochs · about 180 days
The configuration supplies E0 and halving_epochs. The familiar step-halving calculation is implemented by PoAScan; the complete active reward engine has not been independently reconstructed.
100 epochs · about 25 days
vesting_epochs is 100 from epoch 0. At a six-hour cadence this is 25 nominal days. A scheduled vesting model is not proof of immediately transferable balances or sellable market liquidity.
4 grading quorum · 5 attestations
grade_quorum is 4, K is 5 and panel_size is 7 in the published configuration. These settings describe different gates. They do not establish that four positive grades alone guarantee standing or a payout.
1,000 basis points · 10%
grading_pool_bp is 1,000, active from epoch 1. Other eligibility, referral and final-payout settings also apply. This parameter alone does not justify a complete reward-allocation pie chart.
Up to 20% · cap and decay
The homepage describes a 20% share for qualifying referrals, 80% retained by recruits, a bonus capped by the referrer’s own mining, and decay without continued recruitment. Published referral2 settings include max_cut 20, cap_c 1 and halflife 120. Exact units, eligibility, cap ordering and the full effective formula remain under review.
100 basis points · 1%
The observed offer reports its fee and the net POA received directly. Its fee destination is a treasury address. Do not describe this observed fee as a burn; external-chain transaction fees are separate.
Based on very limited trading. These are reference estimates, not a cash-out quote. POAScan’s swap interface still reports “coming soon.”
POAScan derives its USD reference from completed swaps. It converts the payment asset using the CoinGecko reference recorded when indexing the fill; USDC is treated as $1. With five fills in seven days it uses the median of the latest five; otherwise it uses the latest fill. Asking prices are excluded.
Circulating value = reference price × estimated unlocked POA. All mined value = reference price × supply mined to date, including locked rewards. POAScan calls the latter “FDV”; it does not represent all future issuance. SearchPoA displays the provider’s estimates with attribution.
Fewer than five fills or less than $100 of seven-day volume is labeled thin. The provider rounds thin references to two significant figures. USD values are hidden when no fill is reported within seven days; SearchPoA also hides them after a source observation becomes more than 24 hours old.
Read the published methodology ↗04 / Market evidence
The signed offer labels this a test swap. A matching finalized Solana receipt confirms the 0.001 SOL payment. The quoted 0.1 SOL per million POA is a scaled rate, not the actual payment. The displayed POA fee and net are calculated at the published 1% setting; the signed fill does not itemize that fee. The Solana network fee is separate. This proves one exchange path, not market depth.

05 / Claims under review
For closed epochs 0–7, final rewards total 1,194,003,255.567804 POA, matching the captured status supply at that observation. Their 8-billion-POA scheduled budget was not fully issued. These are historical totals, not a fixed cap; the dated table below includes newer epochs.
Epoch 8 closed October 21 at 17:14:38 UTC. Only 22,823,562.359961 POA of its 1-billion pool were issued (2.282356%); 977,176,437.640039 POA remained unissued budget. Eleven recipients had positive final rewards, versus thirteen reward entries including two zeros. The record shows 3 settled cases, 2 passed, and 5,309 pending cases (including 172 appeals); pending entries can originate in earlier epochs. Separately, basis.final_payout.burned reports 832,022,591.486184 POA, not the same as all unissued budget. Neither figure means already-owned coins were destroyed.
At the October 22, 00:39 UTC review, PoAScan modeled 78,121,952.11937234 POA as circulating, with approximately $859.34 circulating value and $13,583.11 attributed to all mined supply based on the first recorded test fill and a current SOL/USD reference. Its published method unlocks each epoch reward gradually over 100 subsequent epochs. This modeled unlocked portion is not proof of unrestricted transferability or willing buyers; the wider mined-supply figure includes locked rewards and is not a fixed future-supply valuation. The public swap interface still said coming soon, and the tracker reported only one completed test. Do not extrapolate its price into realizable exit value.
Epoch 9 closed October 21 at 23:16:26 UTC. Final rewards issued 18,001,425.855510 POA of the 1-billion scheduled pool (1.800143%), leaving 981,998,574.144490 POA unissued. All six reward entries were positive; two cases settled, one passed, and 5,462 remained pending, including 172 appeals. The separate basis.final_payout.burned value is 823,665,240.811154 POA and must not be substituted for total unissued budget. The pending count can include earlier epochs, and the maintenance pause limits what this close says about normal participation.
The published 21,600-second cadence placed the next nominal close near October 22 at 05:16:26 UTC. At official status time 07:23:17.112 UTC, status and the closed-epoch export still reported ten closed epochs ending at epoch 9; supply and checkpoint height were unchanged. This establishes a delay of more than two hours in recording an epoch-10 settlement or issuance. It does not establish why the close was delayed, whether epoch-based pending lifetimes or standing decay were paused, or how the first post-maintenance window will be handled.
Epoch 7 contains 105 reward records: 85 positive amounts and 20 zeros. PoAScan’s calculation counts all 105 records as paid. SearchPoA displays positive recipients and reward entries separately so the two measures can be reconciled.
Epoch 7 records 4,949 pending cases, including 172 appeals; pending cases carry across epochs. Of its 879,467,878.107287 POA unissued budget, basis.final_payout.burned records 733,524,056.090439 POA. Missing grades alone therefore do not explain the total unissued amount. The exact cap calculation remains unverified.
The manual still describes three referral levels at 10%, 3% and 1%, while the current homepage describes 20% / 80% with a cap and decay. Epoch notes retain older allocation prose while saying referral2 supersedes propagation. Treat older percentages as historical documentation until the effective rules are reconciled.
If the initial 1-billion pool halves every 720 epochs indefinitely, its geometric scheduled budget is 1 billion × 720 × 2 = 1.44 trillion POA before rounding and unissued pools. This is a conditional model, not a verified immutable maximum supply. Rule changes and actual issuance matter.
The pinned mainnet genesis has empty allocations and describes 2,006 identities imported from testnet, including 101 established identities. Mainnet registration totals therefore should not be presented as all new mainnet signups or as a count of independent operators.
One signed test offer, its signed fill and a successful finalized Solana payment establish that a specific exchange completed. The test does not establish broad demand, independent counterparties, a representative price, or how much POA a holder could sell. Product availability must also be checked separately.
The evidence watch
First scheduled check: 21 October 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern (19:00 UTC). Checks look for material changes; each published update retains its source links and observation dates.
Checks may run later than scheduled. The displayed timestamps are authoritative, and unresolved questions remain visible.
Compare final issued rewards with scheduled pools; track positive recipients, pending-case age, settlement rates, grader participation and the source’s coverage.
Check runtime parameters, release information and published commits for changes to epoch timing, vesting, caps, referral qualification, decay and grading.
Look for additional filled swaps, actual consideration, distinct counterparties, failed fills, fee destinations and whether the public interface is available.
Reconcile total issued supply with rewards, distinguish scheduled vesting from transferable balances, and avoid applying one small trade to the entire network.
Keep source and observation dates. Preserve the last successful snapshot when a feed fails, label stale sections, and record meaningful changes for readers.
06 / The source record
A successful retrieval can still contain an older observation. Source dates below make that distinction visible.
Commit 5ee63b5218cf3c5d0ce79b143b7900346e13b2e3, committed October 21 at 09:57:39 UTC. All 87 fields remain byte-identical through poa-mainnet-1 head 7f99743fab669fb799ee25b1cad367aed5dea7b3, committed October 22 at 06:52:18 UTC; a matching repository file is still not proof of the running engine.
The endpoint returned version v1.0-mainnet and all seventeen normalized fields. Their values match the retained pinned configuration fields, but matching settings do not prove the complete effective payout sequence or units not stated by the source.
This source could not be fully refreshed. Any retained observation keeps its earlier date.
The endpoint reports v1.10-guardfix, recorded October 21 at 13:54:21 UTC, with a server-only guard quiet-fix. Its params hash matches the current runtime response; this is software provenance, not proof that every public surface has recovered.
Mainnet head 7f99743fab669fb799ee25b1cad367aed5dea7b3 was committed October 22 at 06:52:18 UTC. The four commits since the prior review are ledger-update batches; params.json is byte-identical and no new closed-epoch file was present. This is not a new tokenomics rule release.
Still ten records through epoch 9. No epoch-10 close was recorded more than two hours after the published nominal six-hour mark. Rewards, scheduled pools and grading basis were reviewed; positive recipients count only rewards greater than zero, and pending cases may carry over from earlier epochs.
This source could not be fully refreshed. Any retained observation keeps its earlier date.
At source time 07:23:17.112 UTC the endpoint reported 1,234,828,243.783275 POA supply, 629 holders, 3,673 registered identities, ten closed epochs and checkpoint height 24,371. A registered identity is not a verified independent operator, and a refreshing status timestamp is not a completed settlement.
This source could not be fully refreshed. Any retained observation keeps its earlier date.
The source still returned one open offer. Asking terms, fee and taker receipt are separate from completed trade evidence; an offer is not a guaranteed quote.
This source could not be fully refreshed. Any retained observation keeps its earlier date.
Describes a 20% referral share, own-mining cap and decay. This description does not expose the complete effective formula.
Still describes older three-level 10% / 3% / 1% referral overrides. Do not treat it as the verified current payout formula.
Empty allocations; the record describes 2,006 imported testnet identities, including 101 established identities.
10,000 POA for 0.001 SOL. The offer memo explicitly labels the transaction a test swap.
References the test offer and external Solana payment. PoA event time: October 21, 03:04:56 UTC.
Public Solana RPC returned a successful finalized transaction: 1,000,000 lamports (0.001 SOL) transferred to the offered recipient at 03:04:54 UTC; network fee 5,000 lamports.
Explains the indexer’s halving and vesting models. Its paid count uses the number of reward entries, including zero values.
The index still ended at epoch 9 and matches the official pool, issuance, pending and settlement totals. Its paid:6 equals both reward entries and positive recipients; earlier epochs can include zero-valued reward entries, so the definitions remain separate.
Still available:false / coming_soon, with one all-time completed test fill and one open offer. It modeled 78,121,952.11937234 POA circulating and attributed USD values to the old test fill; these are estimates, not independently verified sellable liquidity.
Describes an experimental network that can change, pause or reset and makes no promise of future value.
