## Public GET API

JSON is the default. JSON and plain text describe the same computed public response.
No API key or authorization header is needed for these public lookups. Never enter an API key — a key is a whole account.

## Limits and interpretation

- Answer history: action=answers, query=<PUBLIC_POA_ADDRESS>; limit defaults to 6 and accepts 1–12. History is bounded by available public records. No private draft is sent in the URL.
- Wallet lookup: action=profile, query=<PUBLIC_POA_ADDRESS>. Returned history may be incomplete; missing activity is not proof of no activity.
- Epoch clock: action=clock; no account input. Estimated close is not confirmed settlement. Pending grading figures describe dated closed-round observations, not a complete live grading feed.
- Rankings: action=rankings; period=all|24h|7d|30d, default all; limit defaults to 25 and accepts 1–50; offset defaults to 0. The period filters recorded rewards by closed-epoch timestamps. Wallet holdings use the balance source’s observation time.
- Read ok, adapterVersion, action, chain, sources, warnings, available flags, coverage and pagination. Preserve nulls and missing timestamps as unknown.
- fetchedAt is collection time. dataAsOf, when available, is the upstream data time. A fresh fetch does not prove fresh ledger data. The static tool pages contain instructions and example requests, not current balances, rankings or countdown values.
- Pending is not failed. A settled pass, an account reward and spendable funds are distinct. An address is not proof of a unique person. Advisory draft checks do not determine official grades, eligibility, rewards or market value.
